| 摘 要： | 以阳光体育的理念为切入点,在阐述阳光体育及其理念相关概念的基础上,找出了阳光体育运动与高校体育教学的契合点,并且对阳光体育理念在高校体育教学中的缺失进行了扼要分析,最后提出其在高校体育教学中的具体应用策略。

| Abstract: | In this paper,with the concept of ＂Sunlight Sports＂ as a starting point and on the basis of explaining the ＂Sunlight Sports＂ and its relevant concepts,it will find out the meeting point of ＂Sunshine Sports＂ and physical education in university,make a brief analysis of the absence of the idea of ＂Sunshine Sports＂ in college and university physical education,and conclude specific strategies to its application in physical education. |
