| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,从体育艺术类项目的概念入手,以健美操和广场舞为例,分析其在全民健身中的发展现状与模式。结果表明,所有的体育艺术类项目均可以推广到全民健身当中,并且可以成为大众喜闻乐见的体育项目。

| Abstract: | In this paper,using the method of literature, starting from the concept of art and physical education programs, and concluded that the sports arts project, especially in aerobics and sports dance, square dance as an example, the analysis in the national fitness development status and mode of development, for example, to study the possibility of promotion to other sports art project promotion in the national fitness program. Study shows, sports and art projects all can be extended to the national fitness, and become a popular sports. |
