竞技体育后备人才培养过程中“早期专项化训练”的应用研究

为了从竞技体育后备人才培养的视角探讨"早期专项化训练"的可行性,找出制约少儿竞技体育后备人才进一步攀登体育高峰的原因所在,运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,分析当前早期专项化训练的定义,运用现状及存在的争议,认为:早期专项化训练是当代竞技体育发展规律的体现,是培养竞技体育后备人才的重要途径,尽管在训练中存在着诸如"早期专一化"、"早期成人化"和"早期职业化"的误区,但其科学性和合理性不容否定。在此基础上,提出了一系列早期专项化训练具体实施的建议。

Research of application of “early special training” in the process of cultivating reserve talents for competitive sports

In order to explore the feasibility of “early special training”from the perspective of cultivating talents for competitive sports, and find out the reasons hindering younger sports talents from climbing the peak. This paper uses literature, logic analysis and other methods, analyzes the definition, the application situation and the dispute of early special training of the current ,concludes that “early special training” is the reflection of development of competitive sports , it is also an important way to cultivate the reserve talents for competitive sports, although there are some errors in the training of knowledge and operation, such as “early single-minded”, “early adult” and “early professional”, but its science and rationality cannot be denied. Based on that, this paper puts forward a series of suggestions for the implementation of early special training.
