科学发展观视野中的"体教结合"

在回顾“体教结合”10余年发展的基础上，以科学发展观的视野审视“体教结合”。认为：“体教结合”是时代的产物，也有阶段性的特征；只有加强学校体育，才能保证“体教结合”长远的发展。提出“体教结合”是现阶段竞技体育人才培养的重要途径，树立科学的大教育观、使体育成为教育的内核，校领导要在“体教结合”中发挥应有的作用，打破行政壁垒、形成行政合力等理念。

Based on expounding the over-ten-year development of "combination of sport and education",it scrutinized "combination of sport and education" from the field of vision of scientific development outlook.It holds that "combination of sport and education" is a product of the time,has periodical characteristics,and only strengthen school physical education can we ensure the long-term development of it,and puts forward the following ideas: "combination of sport and education" is a key way to train sports talents at the present stage,set up scientific grand education outlook,so as to make sport be the core of education,school leaders ought to play their proper role in "combination of sport and education",break administrative ramparts,form administrative resultant force and so on.
