我国中学竞技体育发展现状及对策

采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,了解我国中学竞技体育发展的现状,即目前体育传统项目学校和试办高水平运动队学校竞技运动处于较高水平。指出存在的问题:“体教结合”中体与教的不平等,教练员执教水平不足,学训矛盾依然存在,竞赛体制不完善等。提出相应对策的同时,阐明教育系统培养竞技体育后备人才将是我国竞技体育发展的趋势。

Present Developmental Situation of Competitive Sport in China's Middle Schools and Countermeasures

The research methods of literature,questionnaire,interview to experts etc.were used to know well the present developmental situation of the competitive sport in the middle schools of our country,i.e.the competitive sports level of the schools,which carried out the traditional sports events of their own and tried to run high-level sports teams,were higher.It pointed out the existing problems,such as the unequality between sport and education in the combination of the two,coaches' teaching and training level was lower,there still existed the contradiction of learning and training,the competitive system was imperfect etc.,and brought forward some appropriate countermeasures,meanwhile made clear that it would be the tendency of the development of competitive sport in our country to train competitive sports reserve talent by educational organizations.
