| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法,对我国特殊体育教师的专业化进行研究.目前我国特殊体育教师专业化面临的困境为:师资培养院校少,国家经费扶持力度小;课程计划不适应特殊体育教师专业化要求;特殊体育教师素质偏低,专业化意识薄弱;特殊体育教师专业化模式滞后;教师资格制度对推进特殊体育教师专业化不力.建议:扩充特殊体育师资培养院校,国家给予经费扶持;构建特殊体育教育"双专业"课程;明确特殊体育教师专业素质,建立自适应专业化发展体系;进行专业化模式改革;建立特殊体育教师资格制度.
