| 摘 要： | 阐述全面建设小康社会与群众体育的关系，即全面建设小康社会与人的全面发展、体育与健康、体育与娱乐的关系等。提出树立健康理念、还体育的本质功能、形成科学健康的生活方式、完善亲民、便民、利民的群众体育服务体系和努力提高体育人口数量等群众体育发展思路。

| Abstract: | It set forth the relations of overall construction of comparatively well-off society with mass sports, i.e. the relations between overall construction of comparatively well-off society and overall development of human beings, sports and health, sports and entertainment etc, and put forward the train of thought for the development of mass sports, such as establishing healthy idea, returning sports essential functions, evolving scientific and healthy way of life, perfecting mass sports service system of keeping close relation with people, offering convenience to people and benefiting people, and making an effort to increase the number of sports population. |
