| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、调查研究等方法，提出要可持续地培养我国竞技体育人才，应构建竞技体育人才“开放的大教育”培养体系。实施要点为：树立“全面发展”和“终身教育”的观念；实施“体教结合”；贯彻“科教兴体”，促进运动训练科学化；完善岗位培训体系；以及将体育学院办成竞技体育人才的培养基地。 |

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature,investigation etc.,it brought forward that it should construct the competitive sports talent's training system of "opening grand education" to sustainablly train competitive sports talent in our country.The key points of putting the above construction into practice are as follows: setting up the concepts of "all-round development" and "lifelong education",implementing "the combination of sport with education",carrying out "development of sport by means of science and education",promoting the scientification of sports training,perfecting the system of post training and making physical education institutes be the bases to cultivate competitive sports talent. |
