| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料及调查研究的方法，对21世纪我国竞技体育人才资源可持续开发问题进行分析。认为，“体教结合”是目前培养全面发展的竞技体育人才的最佳选择。构建国家开发与市场开发相结合的模式，实行整体开发。建立不同人才、不同项目、不同地域、不同层次人才开发体系，以及国际化的竞技体育人才开发体系，国家、企业、个人等多元开发的体制。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature and investigation, the authors have made an analysis of the sustainable development of the sports talent resources of our country. They hold that the combination of sports and education is the best choice to train the sports talent developed in all-round way at the present time, and it is necessary to set up a model of combination of talent's state development and market development, in order to carry out the development as a whole, as well as establish the sports talent's developmental system of different talents, events, region and levels, the internationalized sports talent's developmental system and the system of pluralistic development by state, enterprises and personals. |
