Legislation Consideration of Internal Contract for Running Gyms and Stadiums

As a component of sports business, gyms and stadiums play an important role in the development of sports business. How to run gyms and stadiums in order to meet the need of market economy development becomes a serious problem for all walks of life, especially for sport circle. Nevertheless, the survival and development of gyms and stadiums is related to many factors, but the internal management of gyms and stadiums directly influences its competition capacity in the market economy. Running gyms and stadiums with internal contract to bring every positive factor has become a method that employed by many people,peoples. In this article, the author want to analyse the following problem from the angle of legislation: 1) the character of internal contract 2) how to settle the contract dispute 3) the content of internal contract 4) the external relation for the department of internal contract
