| 摘 要： | 对相关研究文献进行分析,认为《中华人民共和国体育法》修改内容宽泛,应该注意修改成本,同时,鉴于我国体育事业发展还处在初级阶段,《体育法》修改最好朝向"促进型立法"方向发展,并且加强《体育法》修改与体育法规清理与废止的联系。

| Abstract: | Through making analysis on literature review,this paper thought that amending contents of physical culture and sports law in our country are widened,so we should pay attention to the cost.Meanwhile,on account of the primary phase of our sport business,amending sport law has better development according to the direction of promoting form of legislation,and strengthens the link between amending sport law with sorting out and abolishing the law. |
