| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料调研及社会调查等方法对武汉地区女教师参与体育健身活动现状进行研究。归纳出女教师不同年龄组健康状况的差异性 ,参与体育健身活动目的、动机的多元性 ,女教师中达到体育人口标准的较少 ,以社区为中心的体育健身活动还是薄弱环节 ,女教师参与体育健身活动项目的多样性 ,影响女教师参与体育健身活动的普遍因素等结论 ,并对改善武汉市女教师体育健身活动提出了建议。

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary and investigation , the author makes an analysis on current situation of female teachers' particip ating in body exercise. Through analyzing the different physical conditions, pur pose, motivations, subjects, types, places and factors affecting body exercise o f different age group of female teachers, the author sums up and supplies a sugg estion for female teachers' participation in body exercise. |
