| 摘 要： | 分析我国社会转型期低收入群体健康投资的观念,阐述关于低收入群体体育的相关理论问题。研究认为:1)现阶段低收入群体心态趋于缓和稳定,参与体育活动的"三低现象"的状态得到初步改变;2)对低收入群体的体育关爱和支持,应与社区其它活动有机结合;3)当前应侧重于发挥体育非本质功能,扩展本质功能的发展空间;4)充分发挥体育在社会稳定中的作用;5)建立、完善体育服务体系,开展"三边工程",实现"三个贴近"。 |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the concept of health investment of our low-income people during the people of social transform,discusses the related theoretical problems.The result shows that the attitude of low-income people tends to steady at present stage,three-low-phenomenon of participating in sports activity has been changed to some extent.The concern and support for low-income people should combine with other community activities.At present,more important should be attached to sport's nonessential function and more developing space of essential function should be expanded.Making fully use of sports function for society steady.Establishing perfect sports service system. |
