摘    要:观察分析在不同的运动强度诱导的“运动性酸中毒”环境中 ,大鼠肾小管上皮细胞刷状缘侧膜钠离子依赖性枸橼酸转运蛋白 m RNA表达量的变化。测定结果表明 :不同运动强度对枸橼酸转运蛋白 m RNA表达量的作用不一。A组运动强度较小 ,血乳酸的水平相对于对照组无显著性升高 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,转运蛋白 m RNA表达量也无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。B组和 C组运动强度较大 ,血乳酸水平相对于对照组呈显著性升高 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,转运蛋白 m RNA表达量也呈现明显增加 (P<0 .0 5 )。C组较 B组血乳酸水平显著性升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,但 2组转运蛋白 m RNA表达量却无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,提示可能存在酸碱度变化对转运蛋白 m RNA表达量影响作用的阈值

Abstract:This research is designed to study whether metabolic acidosis induced by different exercise intensities affected the expression of brush border Na +/citrate cotransporter in rat renal tubular. The result shows that different exercise intensities results in different effects on the abundance of brush border Na+/citrate cotransporter mRNA in renal tubular. Exercise intensity is low at group A. There is no significant difference in BLa level between group A and control group. Cotransporter mRNA abundance don't increase significantly at group A comparing with control group( P<0.05 ). Exercise at group B and C are high and the BLa level increases significantly comparing with control group. The abundance of cotransporter mRNA increases significantly at group B and C at control group ( P<0.01 ).The Bla level at group C is significantly higher than at group B, but there is no significantly difference in the abundance of cotransporter mRNA between group B and C( P<0.05 ). It suggests that a threshold of acidity to affect the abundance of cotransporter mRNA may exist.
