| 摘 要： | 以清华大学跳水队为例 ,分析了科学训练对我国高校培养高水平大学生运动员的意义和作用 ,阐述了高校竞技体育科学训练的组织、计划和实施 ,提出提高科学训练水平是高校竞技体育快速发展的惟一有效途径 ,吸纳高水平体育科研人员进入高校是实现科学训练的前提条件 ,充分利用高校的多学科和高科技优势 ,多渠道获得科研项目和资金支持 ,合理解决日常科研辅助支持和课题研究之间的矛盾是实施科学训练的保证。

| Abstract: | In this article, the author take Tsinghua diving team as a example to analyze th e meaning and function of scientific sports training for elite players in colleg e, interpret the organization, planning and implementation of training, put forw ards the only effective way to improve the sports development in college. That i s to draw the elite sports researchers into the college as the precondition, mak e full use of the advantage of high technology of various subjects in college, g et more funding support from different ways, solve the problem between daily rou tine research and special research rationally. |
