| Abstract: | It explained the htanan rights sports and the lifelong physical culture connotation and pointed out the human rights sports, the lifelong physical culture conforming with the request which the society develops. It is the modern life style need with the market economy basic orientation to realize the human rights sports and the lifelong physical culture. |
