资本市场下我国职业体育俱乐部融资路径分析

运用文献资料和调查研究方法，阐述中国职业体育俱乐部的发展和资本市场改革的现状，分析资本市场促进体育产业发展的机制，提出职业体育俱乐部的融资方式，指出：中国职业体育俱乐部在经济全球化的背景下要抓住我国资本市场改革和不断完善的契机，充分发挥资本市场的融资功能，促进俱乐部投资主体多元化，加快俱乐部的自身发展，提高应对国际体育组织挑战的竞争力。

Analysis of ways of fund- raising for Chinese professional sports clubs in the Capital market

By using the method of documentary and investigation,this paper discusses the present conditions of the development of Chinese professional sport clubs and Chinese capital market.It points out that some professional sport clubs are showing a strong tendency to operate in accordance with modern enterprise system with the development of Chinese professional sports and that on the other hand,further developments of many clubs have been greatly restricted by the lack of capital as their property rights are indistinct and there are few investors.Following China's accession to the WTO,foreign capital and sports products will enter the Chinese sports market with the market barriers down.Therefore,increasingly,donmestic professional sport clubs will have to evolve and differenitate to meet the strong challenges presented by the influx of foreing investors and sport companies,that will put increasing pressure on domestic sport enterprises which are lacking capital.Under the guidance of the socialist market economy theory,the author explains the present situations of reform in the Chinese capital market system and researches into the capital market mechanism to promote the development of sport clubs.Meanwhile,it also introduces two main fund-raising ways for Chinese professional sport chubs and compares them.
