我国竞技体育后备人才培养现状的研究

目前，我国竞技体育后备人才现状表现为项目间的差异性、地区间的不平衡性、一三线人才匮乏性和人才培养效益不高几个特点。人才的培养模式现状正处于单轨制模式到多轨制模式的转变过程中。目前后备人才培养仍存在许多问题，主要表现在体制、资金、普及和社会保障等几个方面．加快训练体制改革，应建立适应社会主义市场经济体制的后备人才培养体系。另外，不断完善竞技体育的投入结构，积极开发竞技体育产业，重视竞技体育项目的群众基础建设等，也都是当务之急。

Analysis and study on the current status of the cultivation of sports reserve talents in China

Nowadays, there are great differences for the sports reserves in different events or different areas in China. The amount of sports reserves in the first-line or third-line are not adequate. And there are little utility to cultivate the reserves. Chinese sports is in the process of converting single-track system into multi-track system to cultivate the talents. After the current status is analyzed, it is stated that there are a lot of problems about the cultivation of the reserve talents. These problems mainly exist in the inner system, the source and use of the funds, popularization of the competitive events, and social security of sportsmen. For these problems, a series of measures are proposed in the article. One of the most important factors is to accelerate the reformation of the system and build up a cultivation system of reserve talents adapting to the market economy. In addition, conformation of fund investment should be adjusted and sports industry should be developed actively. And it is also important for the competitive events to attact more people to join them.
