| 摘 要： | 运用社会学的研究方法，根据我国竞技体育体制的发展背景，结合西北地区竞技体育的发展现状，分析了影响西北地区竞技体育人才资源开发与利用的因素，并从后备人才培养、开发项目布局、投资方式、训练基地建设等方面提出了西北地区竞技体育人才资源开发与利用的思路和对策。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of sociology, this article analyzes the factors which affect the exploitation of sports talents resources in northwest regions on the basis of development background of competitive sports system of China, Combing with current condition of competitive sports in northwest regions, it also puts forward exploitation thoughts and countermeasures from aspects including the training of talent reserves, overall arrangement of the development item, investment way, the construction of training base, etc. |
