浙江省“体教结合”现状与对策研究

多年来,我国青少年体育后备人才培养实行的是以国家投入为主,系统内层层衔接的封闭运行的三级训练金字塔型的训练体制,这种体制保证了竞技体育能够在一段时间内集中有限的人力、物力、财力取得快速发展,为体育事业的发展和运动成绩的提高起到了很大的作用。但随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展和社会文化的进步,这种体制的弊端和不足也日渐凸出,而“体教结合”正是弥补这种不足的有效措施。

Study on Present Situation and Countermeasures of Athletics and Education Combining in Zhejiang

For many years,the reserve talented person raised implementation of young people sports in our country has been a pyramid training system by the national investment primarily,layer upon layer linking up the seal movement with three levels.This kind of system guarantees athletics sports concentrating the limited manpower,the physical resource and the financial resource in period of time to obtain the fast development,and has the major function of sports enterprise development and movement result enhancement.However,with the development of socialistic market economy and the progress of social culture in our country,the irregularity and shortage of this kind of system are also gradually outstanding,but athletics and education combining is exactly the valid measure which makes up this kind of shortage.
