浙江省中学女体育教师职业倦怠现状及其影响因素的研究

采用问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等方法，对浙江温州市中学女体育教师的职业倦怠状况进行调查，发现温州市女体育教师的职业倦怠程度整体处于中等偏高水平；在年龄、教龄、婚姻状况、区域、学历、薪酬水平和职称上差异显著，在学校类型（省市重点和一般中学）和课时上不存在差异，并从社会、职业、组织和个人四方面分析致倦因素提出缓解措施。

A Study on Job Burnunt of Female P.E. Teachers in Middle School in Wenzhou
