| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查分析了中学体育教师职业认同的现状以及个人背景变量与职业认同的相关关系.结果表明:中学体育教师职业认同处于中等水平,在年龄、学历、工作地点变量上中学体育教师职业认同存在显著差异.
