In the process of building a pouerful sports country,the government sports department played a decisive role in sports management.From the development history of China's sports industry,there are still many problems in the sports management system.Therefore,it is practical significance to seek a sports management system from the national level to improve the governance system of China's sports industry and the capacity of the government sports department.American,as the most powerful country in the world,the reason why it has competitive in many sports fields is that it has established a well-developed sports governance system.From the perspective of state governance theory,the value-institution-action system is used as a tool to analyze the American sports governance system and provide experience for the development of China's sports governance system.
