高校乒乓球健身运动开展的时代意义及运行机制构建——以湖北省高校为例

当前,在高校积极开展乒乓球健身运动具有重要时代意义,是学校开展阳光运动、提高国民身体素质的具体落实,是创建和谐社会与和谐校园的有效手段,是促进校园文化发展、促进社会主义先进文化建设的重要组成部分,是促进世界乒乓球运动均衡发展标本兼治的有力措施。为了进一步促进湖北省高校乒乓球健身运动的开展,需要通过设立专门的组织机构并正常运转,加快乒乓球运动场馆建设和科学化管理,资源共享,提高湖北省高校提高乒乓球课程的开设率和教学质量,多方面筹措资金,定期开展高校各级各类乒乓球竞赛等措施来构建的一套切合实际运行机制。

The Times of Significance and Operation Mechanism of College Table Tennis Development --Taking Universities in Hubei Province as an Example

Nowadays, it has been considered of great significance to promote table tennis sport in colleges and universities. It is an implementation of university sunny projects to enhance national physical quality, an effec- tive measure for the establishment of harmonious society and campus, an important part of spreading campus culture and facilitating an advanced socialist culture as well as a powerful guarantee for the balanced develop- ment of global table tennis sport. In order to further promote table tennis sport among colleges and universities in Hubei province, it will be necessary to establish specialized organization and maintain its normal operation, ac- celerate the building of table tennis hall and ensure its scientific management as well as promote resource sharing and increase the number of subjects about table tennis sport in colleges and universities and improve teaching quality. What is more, it should be also noted that funding from all sides be secured while an overall feasible mechanism involving multiple -levels table tennis contest be made among college and universities students.
