| 摘 要： | 通过对农村留守学生体育习惯养成存在问题的分析，指出把体育习惯养成与终身体育相结合，确定“健康第一”的学校体育指导思想；认清体育习惯养成对农村留守学生身心健康的作用；探讨留守学生在父母缺位情况下体育习惯养成途径和保障机制，为农村留守学生体育习惯养成作理论参考。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing rural left-behind students sports habit,this paper points out that the sports habits and lifelong physical education should be combined together,determine the "health first" the guiding ideology of school physical education,recognize sports habits of rural left-behind students’ physical and mental health effects,discuss the develop way and safeguard of sports habit of left-behind students in the absence of parents and provide theoretical reference for sports habit of left-behind students. |
