| 摘 要： | 随着健美操教学改革的不断深入和实施，在重视传统教学方法效率提高的基础上，加强对健美操教学的跨学科研究，成为提升健美操教学质量的重要途径。高中健美操教学作为健美操课堂学习和学生健美操能力提升的重要实现条件，在整个教学工作中处于非常重要的位置。本文在分析技能迁移与健美操教学促进关系的基础上，就如何更好的利用技能迁移来促进健美操教学目标的实现，进行了研究和分析。

| Abstract: | With the deeply reform and implementation of aerobics teaching,Based on the importance of traditional teaching methods to improve the efficiency,strengthening of the aerobics teaching of interdisciplinary research become an important way to enhance the quality of aerobics teaching.As the important way of improving students’ aerobics ability,high school aerobics teaching is in a very important position in whole physical education teaching. |
