| 摘 要： | 随着“奥运”热潮的蔓延和“体育偶像”效应的扩大，越来越多人开始关注体育教学。近年来，潮汕地区中学的体育教育水平虽有所提高，但其发展仍不可避免地遇到瓶颈。本文主要采用调查采访的方式，针对该地区各中学的体育教学现状提出改革建议，主要应以“快乐体育”、“终身体育”为目标，着手丰富教学内容、重视心理教育、增加体育经费等。
