摘    要:体育锻炼作为一种能有效增进身体健康的手段,对人们的心理健康也同样起到了良好的调节与促进作用,而良好的心理健康水平又会使锻炼者更加自觉的投入到运动之中,这种积极的情绪体验具有直接的心理健康的效益。心理健康是指人能从容地负担起繁重复杂的日常工作和生活,要求情绪稳定,有较好的自我控制情绪和排除各种干扰的能力。生理健康和心理健康是相互依存、相互影响的,生理健康可以促进心理健康,心理健康又能促进生理健康。随着社会的发展,心理问题日益引起人们的重视,本文通过阐述体育锻炼与心理健康的互动关系,旨在引导人们进行体育锻炼的同时,更要注重良好的心理素质的培养,促进身心的协调发展。

Abstract:As an effective way to improve physical health, physical exercise has good function and regulation on people's mental health, while good mental health level also promote exerciser more participating in exercise. This positive emotional experience has directly influence on mental health. Mental health means that people can hold heavy daily work easily without disturbing by emotion. The dependent of physical health and mental health is dependent influenced each other. Physical health can promote the mental health, With the so- cial development, mental issue is paid more attention by people. Through explaining the interaction relation between physical exercise and mental health, this paper points out that we guide the people for physical exercise should pay more attention to mental health and promote their physical and mental development.
