上海市普通高校啦啦操运动推广方式研究

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法，借鉴美、日等国家啦啦操运动开展模式以及发展经验，对高校推广啦啦操运动的方式、途径进行研究，得出在上海市普通高校推广啦啦操运动应主要依靠开设啦啦操课程、成立啦啦操社团、有组织地开展不同层次和水平的培训营、在行政机构的组织下开展啦啦操竞赛、啦啦队多参与学校内外各种表演活动等途径，从而为上海市高校推广该项运动提供借鉴。

Research on the Popularizing Methods of Cheerleading in Universities of Shanghai

The main methods used in the research are documentation and Delphi technique.Benefit from the development patterns experiences and of popularizing cheerleading of Japan and America,this paper gives the following suggestions to popularizing the cheerleading in shanghai universities.It mostly depended on establishing cheerleading courses and clubs,setting up training centers and camps of various levels and standards,holding different competitions by administrative organizations and letting cheerleading participate in more performances both inside and outside of campus.
