我国竞技体育后备人才培养现状研究

对我国竞技体育后备人才培养的现状进行分析和研究,认为学训矛盾、投资主体单一、人才选拔及人才流动等方面存在一些问题,应结合我国体育人才培养的优势以及政治经济体制的改革对我国竞技体育人才培养的模式进行有效改革,建议我国后备人才培养在坚持"举国体制"下,形成政府主导下市场化培养机制,从而为我国竞技体育的可持续发展做好后备人才的储备。

A research on the status quo of competitive sports reserve talents' cultivation in China

An analyzes and researches on the status quo of competitive sports reserve talents training in China,this article thinks that conflict between training and study,the investment subject is single,talents selection and talent flow have some problems,we should combinate the advantage of our sports talents training and the reform of political and economic systems to reform the pattern for our competitive sports talent training,suggested that our reserve talent training insist on the whole nation system,form the mercerization training mechanism under the government,and provides reserve talents of our competitive sports sustainable development.
