| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对北方民族大学部分在校学生的体育生活方式进行了现状调查研究,内容涉及大学生体育生活习惯、体质状况、体育消费、体育锻炼情况、体育生活方式与体质之间关系、宗教信仰对培养良好体育生活方式的影响等方面。调查结果表明：不同专业、不同性别学生的体育生活方式有很大差异。文章通过对大学生体育生活方式的调查与分析,试图为促进宁夏高校大学生形成积极生活方式提供一些参考依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper,questionnaire,literature,mathematics and statistics were used,National University of the North school students randomly selected from 300 students to its sports lifestyle Survey conducted a study concerning the habits that students are engaged in sports,physical condition,physical consumption,physical exercise,sports,lifestyle and the relationship between physical,religious beliefs develop good physical aspects of the impact of lifestyle and way of life for students the problems in sports,make relevant recommendations.The results show,the sports lifestyles of the different sexes,different majors students are different clearly.The present thesis explores some positive spots lifestyles for college students. |
