| 摘 要： | 为了揭示阳光体育运动与学生体育生活方式形成之间的关系，运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，通过对阳光体育运动的健康理念、激励机制以及学生体育生活方式形成的主观与客观条件的分析，阐明了阳光体育运动的开展对促进学生健康的作用。结果表明：中学生时期是个人体育生活方式形成的关键阶段，阳光体育运动是促进学生体育生活方式形成的有效手段，学校要认真开展好阳光体育运动来促进学生体育生活方式的形成。
