关于建立我国体育经纪人管理制度的思考

随着体育商业化、职业化的进程，体育经纪人开始出现，它既活跃了体育市场，又促进体育事业的发展，然而，由于缺乏对体育经纪人这一事物的理性研究，也引发了不少负面影响。因此，有必要对我国体育经纪人的现状及存在的问题进行研究，并指出建立与规范我国体育经纪人管理制度的意义和具体措施，以促使我国体育经纪人尽快走向正轨，并在改革开放的大环境中得到健康发展。

With the course of sport commercialization and professionalization, the sport broker come into existence, whichmade the sport market brisk and the sport cause flourish. However, the system of sport brokers administration is far from per-fect and little study has been done of it. In order to form the heath development of sport brokers, the paper probes into put for-ward some measures to establish and standardize the system of sport brokers administration and points the significance of doingthis work.
