一氧化氮与运动铁代谢

摘    要:过去的几十年中,关于运动和铁代谢的关系已经做了大量广泛的研究。虽然目前对于运动是否会导致真正的铁缺乏或缺铁性贫血仍没有达成共识,所得的结果也不一致,但根据已有的文献分析,可以认为运动本身并不会造成所谓“运动性贫血”,但确可引起低铁状态。运动引起的一氧化氮(NitricOxide,NO)增加可能是运动性低铁状态的一个重要原因。

Abstract:Iron is a very common metal that plays a central role in the transport of oxygen and the synthesis of hemoglobin, myoglobin, and some important enzymes fundamental to energy production. Therefore, normal iron status is especially important in the athletes. During the past years, this metal has been studied most extensively with respect to exercise. In this short paper, recent advances in understanding the effect of nitric oxide on iron metabolism in exercise are reviewed. The putative cause of the exercise-induced changes in iron metabolism is discussed.
