| 摘 要： | 党的十六大报告首次提出“形成比较完善的全民健身体系”,标志着我国群众体育和国民体质建设进入了一个新的发展时期。重视和加强学校体育在“形成比较完善的全民健身体系”的地位与作用的研究,指导和强化青少年学生科学健身意识和自我体育能力,使全体学生了解和懂得身心健康是当前的成长以及未来工作和生活的物质基础,没有健康的身心就不可能有美好的未来,这在理论和实践上都有重要的实际意义。

| Abstract: | The 16th National Congress of the CPC advocated for the first time "forming a comparatively perfect nationwide bodybuilding program". This signifies that mass physical education and the construction of countrymen's physique in China have entered a new period. It is of great significance both in theory and in practice to stress the studies on the position and the role of school physical education in nationwide bodybuilding program, to cultivate students' consciousness of scientific physical education and do - sports - consciously ability, and to make it known to students the importance of healthy body and mind for their growth and future jobs. |
