| 摘 要： | 小康社会为中国人带来越来越多的休闲时间、经济收入和愉悦心情，使体育发生“从生产到生活、从群体到个体、从工具到玩具”的转变，呼唤休闲娱乐，导致新时期体育理论的重构。建构的过程立足于把握世界体育发展潮流和分析具体国情的基础，以适应小康社会为轴心，既要弥补缺失已久的人文精神，又要寻回东方文明的根。新时期的体育理论围绕当代体育最基本的几大要素展开，形成了休闲论、娱乐论、游戏论、竞技论、健康论，这些新观念加以整合，主要应用在教育、经营和管理方面。

| Abstract: | Chinese people enjoy more and more leisure time,economic income and joyful life in well-off society.It finishes the transformation of sports from production to life,from group to individual,from tool to plaything.The call for leisure sports leads to reconstruction of sports theory in new times.Based on world sports developing trend and fundamental realities of the country,we should not only remedy the long losing part of humanism but also look for the root of oriental civilization in order to meet the demand of well-off society.The sports theory in new times should depend on basic factors of modern sports,and form the new concepts of leisure,recreation,game,competition and health.All of these should be used in education,running and management. |
