高原训练中机体红细胞、促红细胞生成素、2,3-二磷酸甘油酸的适应性变化及研究设想

摘    要:高原训练可提高运动员竞技能力,其主要的生理效应是高原训练中的缺氧运动可刺激红细胞生成素和红细胞生成,提高红细胞中2,3-磷酸甘油酸水平。为预防在高原上的过度训练,提高运动员的免疫力,从运动免疫学角度,对高原训练的研究工作提出了几点设想。

Abstract:Altitude training can improve athletic performance.The mechanism of this improvement is primarily an increase in erythropoietin leading to increased erythrocyte counts.Meanwhile,the concentration of 2,3diphosphoglyceric acid is elevated.In order to prevent over training in altitude and enhance the immune function of athlete,several suggestions in exercise immunology are put forwarded for further study altitude training.
