| 摘 要： | 通过对我国普通高校开展高水平竞技体育内、外环境考察分析,认为我国普通高校高水平运动队运动员来源的主渠道是中学和体委系统,学生运动员、运动员学生是高校运动员构成的主成份,这种来源与构成模式将伴随着我国现有的竞技体育体制而存在。

| Abstract: | Through Analyzing on inside and outside circumstances of developing highlevel sports teams in colleges,the author thinks that main source of athletes comes from middle schools and sports commission system.Studentathlete and athletestudent are the main component.This model works together with the system of our sports for a long time. |
