| 摘 要： | 主要运用访问调查、问卷调查、个案研究等方法，揭示江、浙、沪地区高水平竞技体育后备人才培养现状及其存在的主要问题，提出建立新型体育后备人才培养体系，依托社会力量培养竞技体育后备人才，建立市场化的后备人才交流制度，全面提高教练员素质，加大竞技体育后备人才培养的投入，提高后备人才培养的科学化水平等发展对策。

| Abstract: | By using the method of interview investigation,questionnaire,case study,this paper points out the existing problems of top talented athletes in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai,put forwards the new model of cultivating system,relies on social strength,establishes market exchange system,improves the quality of coaches,increases the investment,enhances the scientific level of talented cultivating. |
