| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、访问调查和逻辑分析等方法，对我国田径运动后备力量培养现状与发展措施进行研究。研究表明，应从加强后备力量培养体制改革、加强优势项目布局、加强教练员素质培养、建立和完善科研训练一体化体系等6个方面加强我国田径运动后备力量的培养。

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary,questionnaire,interview investigation and logical analysis,this paper studies the current situation and development of cultivating our talented athletes.The result shows that strengthen the cultivating system reform and superior events distribution,improve the quality of coaches,establish integrated system of training and scientific research. |
