| 摘 要： | 对目前我国“行政垄断型职业体育联盟”的现状、形成原因及其存在的缺陷进行调查和研究,并通过与西方发达国家尤其是美国职业体育联盟的比较研究,得出我国职业体育联盟的应然模式——市场垄断型职业体育联盟,进而针对在市场经济体制条件下构建我国职业体育联盟应然模式所需条件进行深入分析与研究,并提出相应对策与建议。

| Abstract: | This paper makes study on current situation,formed reasons and existing defect of type of administrative monopolization of professional sports league in China.Through comparing with western developed countries especially the American professional sports league,the author draw a target mode of our professional sports league,that is market monopoly professional sports league.Moreover,being aimed at the indispensable condition to construct the target mode of professional sports league in China.Some measures and suggestions are put forwarded. |
