| 摘 要： | 通过对文献的归纳梳理，从生命关怀的视角重新探讨了学科基础理论，较为全面地剖析了国内外特殊体育教育的研究现状，指出存在的问题，针对我国国情和特殊需要学生的特点，提出现阶段特殊体育教育发展的思路。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature investigation ,this paper discusses basic theory of this discipline ,comprehensively analyzes the research situation of special physical education at home and abroad, points out existing problems. Based on the characteristics of national conditions and students with special requirements, the new way of special physical education development is put forwarded. |
