青少年生命质量与体育健康促进的互动关系

以青少年生命质量及其体育健康促进作为研究目标，深入探讨体育健康促进的生命品质，以及生命质量的提高对体育健康发展的促进。从健康学、社会学、心理学的理论角度审视生命质量与体育健康促进的互动关系，建立以“生命为本”的体育健康促进体系，形成以体育健康教育理念为基础，生命质量提升并实现生命自然为本征的体育健康促进与生命质量的生态化、绿色化发展。提出健康与协同：青少年学生体育健身习惯的养成，社会性：青少年生活体验中充满乐趣，心理塑造：青少年的情感体验等青少年生命质量与体育健康促进互动的路径，为青少年生命质量研究提供现实支持和理论指导。

Interactive Relationship between the Juvenile Life Quality and Sports Health Promotion

With the research object of juvenile life quality and sports health promotion, the paper further discusses the life quality of sports health promotion, and the promotion of life quality improvement in the sports health development. From the theoretical viewpoints of health science, sociology and psychology, after surveying the interactive relationship between the life quality and sports health promotion, it establishes a life-centered system of sports health promotion, and forms an ecological and green development of sports health promotion and life quality with the basic of sports health education ideas and with the essential characteristics of improving the life quality into the nature. For providing the practical support and theoretical guidance of juvenile life quality research, it put forward the coordination for the juvenile students' cultivation of physical exercise habit, the sociality for their life experience being full of fun, the mental shaping for their emotional experience.
