| 摘 要： | 培养学生终身体育意识,关键是加强对学生参与体育锻炼的理性教育,提高学生对体育锻炼的理性认识。学校应转变教育观念、加快教学改革、寓理性教育于体育教学之中,并加强校园体育氛围建设,以提高学生对体育锻炼的理性认识。

| Abstract: | Training students' life-long athletics consciousness lies on chiefly strengthening the students' reasonable education on participating the athletics exercise and raising the students' reasonable understanding about the athletics exercise. The paper think that the education idea should be changed, the education reformation need to be speeded, the reasonable education chould be jointed into the athletics teaching, and the campus athletics environment construction should be strengthened to raise the students' reasonable understanding about the athletics exercise. |
