高校阳光体育教学的实施策略研究

阳光体育运动即指以体育教育为基础,以鼓励高校学生走进户外大自然为体育锻炼形式,发动全社会建立绿色健康的生活方式,积极投身到全民健身活动之中。高校阳光体育教学的可持续发展,有助于改变我国体育事业发展的滞后局面,并且成为一项利国利民的健身工程。文章以简述阳光体育运动和阳光体育教学的概念出发,通过研究阳光体育教学的特点,引出现行现状,借此得出落实高校阳光体育教学的实施策略。当然,开展高校阳光体育教学,提高学生体质需要长期坚持。由此可见,落实高校阳光体育教学不仅对体育事业本身产生积极影响,而且还会对整个社会乃至民族产生重要意义。

On the Implementation Strategy of the Sunlight Sports Teaching in Colleges and Universities

The Sunshine Sports refers to physical education as the basis, to encourage college students into the outdoor nature as a form of physical exercise, to mobilize the whole society to build a green and healthy way of life, actively participate in national fitness activities. The sustainable development of colleges and universities of the Sunshine Sports Teaching helps to change China＇s sports development lagging- behind situation, and become a benefits fitness program. In this paper, the concepts of the Sunshine Sports and the Sunshine Sports of Teaching, are studied, through the research of the characteristics of Sunshine Sports Teaching, to the status quo, to the implement strategy of implementing Sunshine Sports Teaching in colleges and universities. Of course, the development of college Sunshine Sports Teaching, can improve the physical fitness of students, and need to insist for a long time. Therefore, the implementation of Sunshine Sports Teaching in colleges and universities not only has a positive impact on the sports itself, but also has an important significance for the whole society and the nation.
