中年知识分子健康与太极拳锻炼

摘    要:文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,根据中年知识分子生理特点、心理发展特点和具有较高科学文化素养等特点,从太极拳的哲学理念、养生理论和健身功效作了阐述,中年知识分子长期坚持太极拳锻炼,对增强体质,延缓衰老,预防疾病,促进康复能起到积极作用。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of physiology, psychology and culture level of the mid-aged intellectuals, by using the methods of consulting documents and data, analyzing logics, the paper, from the philosophy and health-keeping theory, study the health-keeping effects of Taijiquan, and points out that so long as the mid- aged intellectuals can keep the practice of Taijiquan, their health conditions would be improved and their senescence will be dalyed.
