念动训练在武术教学中应用效果之分析

摘    要:在武术教学中采用"念动训练法"和"传统教学法"进行教学实验对比,实验结果表明:实验组与对照组掌握动作质量、完成动作的速度和所需次数、识记时间、保持的动作数量等方面具有显著性差异,实验组明显好于对照组。所以,在中小学、以至于武术馆校、高等体育院校武术教学中合理应用念动训练对培养和发挥学生的思维活动能力,提高教学质量效果,具有重要的意义。

Abstract:The paper does the experimental comparison of Idea-motor training and traditional teaching in the teaching of Wushu,and finds out that there are obvious differences between the experimental group and the control group in the finishing quality of actions,finishing speed and times,and the number of keeping actions and other aspects;the experimental group is evidently better than the control group.So in the Wushu teaching of primary and middle schools and colleges,appropriately using the idea-motor training is important in developing students thinking ability and improving teaching effects.
