| 摘 要： | 产权的归属是现代企业制度的核心和关键要素,建立合理的的职业篮球产权制度,是目前CBA发展亟待解决之问题。文章从产权制度改革的角度入手进行剖析,有针对性地指出了CBA俱乐部产权制度改革对提升联赛发展潜力的巨大作用,以期为相关决策人士提供参考,为CBA联赛的持续发展贡献一己之力。

| Abstract: | Property ownership is the core elements of the modern enterprise system,establishing a rational system of property rights is the issue of professional basketball to solve for the development of CBA.This article targets to the reform of CBA league clubs property rights,to enhance the development potential,to provide a reference for the decision makers for the sustainable development of the CBA league. |
