| 摘 要： | 高校培养人才、科学研究和服务社会的3大功能,决定了它在竞技体育发展中的角色与使命。竞技体育的科学研究水平不高,教练员和运动员的文化教育缺失,高校高水平运动员的训练水平低下,是我国竞技体育发展中存在的主要问题。体育与教育的无缝对接,高校与体育局的紧密结合,进一步调动高校的优质资源,发挥高校多学科和高科技的优势,是推动我国竞技体育未来可持续发展的重要动力。
