| 摘 要： | 一个国家的竞技体育事业要取得进步和实现可持续发展，必须培养体育后备人才。抓好竞技体育后备人才培养的基础建设是实现体育强国关键之所在，是竞技体育发展的规律。采用文献资料、问卷调查、统计等方法，从我国竞技体育后备人才培养的基础建设开发现状出发，找出我国现阶段体育后备人才培养方面存在的主要问题进行了分析，并提出了改革的对策与建议。 |

| Abstract: | It is unlikely for a state to acquire the progress and persistent development of sports career without sports reserves.To do the basis-conduct of cultivation in sports reserves well is the hinge to realize great power in sports and the law of sports subduing.By methods of document,questionnaire inquiry,specialist consultation and statistics,in accordance with the actuality of Chinese basis-conduct of cultivation in sports reserves,the main problems at present Chinese basis-conduct of cultivation in sports reserves have been found and the causes have been analyzed.Finally reform measures and suggests have also been posed. |
